1 - RESEARCH
Research is hard but it is a systematic way of looking for new ideas and figuring out what to work on. We map which recurring task in your business is worth automating first — usually the one eating the most hours, or the one costing you the most in missed follow-up.
2- DEVELOPMENT
The difference between the idea you started with and the one that's actually working is the development phase. We build and test the agent against real inputs from your business, not sample data — so what you see working in development is what goes live in production.
3 - USER TESTING
Test is one of the most important steps in the whole product design process. Undoubtedly, a well-thought-out, comprehensive, and properly conducted test will help to build a product that meets customer's needs. We run the agent alongside your team for a trial period, refining it against real edge cases before it takes over the task unsupervised.
